Cars & Courts uses the information in the court-story form only to review a submission, follow up with the person who sent it, and—when permission is valid—consider it for publication.
What we collect
We collect the display name, email address, whether the submitter is an adult player or a parent or guardian, the player’s age bracket, the written story, publication consent, and parental consent when the player is under 18.
How it is used
Submissions are stored in the Cars & Courts Cloudflare account for manual review. Nothing publishes automatically. Email is used only to follow up about the submission, and age and guardian information is used to confirm that publication permission is appropriate.
How long it is kept
Unapproved submissions are kept until manual review and any necessary follow-up are complete, then deleted. Approved submissions are kept while the testimonial is published or until permission is withdrawn.
